Highland, MI food lovers are in for a savory experience.
The popular Taco Truck Drive-Thru returns on Friday, December 12, 2025, serving much-anticipated Birria Tacos and Birria Ramen from 4 PM to 8 PM at 828 North Milford Rd.
Dishes feature premium chuck roast slow-cooked and expertly shredded for bold, authentic flavors.
Guests can swing around back for fast, friendly window service and a fresh selection of favorites.
Birria Ramen offers rich beef, tender noodles, cilantro, onions, and chives in a homemade consommé, while Birria Tacos come in cheesy, crispy shells.
Menu choices also include Chicken Tinga tacos, beef and chorizo combos, cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, and custom quesadillas.

After serving Milford for over fifty years, the Milford Independent Cinema will permanently close on January 31, 2026.
The nonprofit theater points to financial hardship, industry change, and increased costs as the main reasons behind this decision.
Bryan Gutierrez, a board member, shared the board’s heartbreak, stressing the reality of mounting financial pressure.
Converted into a nonprofit called the Huron Valley Film Organization in 2020, the theater once enjoyed support from corporate sponsors, but recent declines in funding and attendance have made survival challenging.
Julie Lin explained that creative efforts—like hosting trivia and Academy Awards nights—couldn’t offset the impact of streaming services and shifting entertainment preferences.
Longtime patrons, such as resident Amelia Price, expressed bittersweet memories and understanding of these changes.
